I’m a real estate developer and have been working with Lee Harper at Koopman Lumber for about 5 years now, purchasing lumber, windows, doors, trim, siding, decking, and other materials for my new-construction projects. Both my GC and I have consistently had a great experience working with Lee. Pricing is competitive, he’s extremely responsive and easy to reach (sometimes I’m convinced he works 7 days a week!), and he’s always happy to answer my questions, provide samples, and suggest alternatives when there’s an opportunity to save money without compromising the project. Lee will come out to the job site when needed, and if there’s ever an issue with an order or delivery, he genuinely makes an effort to get it resolved and make things right. After working with Lee on 5+ small multifamily projects over the years, I can confidently recommend him to builders, developers, and homeowners looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with at Koopman.
First timer. Excellent customer service. Got helpful insight and materials for my project easily. Price was also great.
Really nice people. Helped me with a picnic table project I need advice on. They were great.
Very happy with John Reis from Koopman Lumber! John was able to resolved the issues we were having with our windows. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He knew instantly how to fix the issue and was able to do it so quickly.
Koopman family and Koopman Lumber are the BEST in the business! I GC and built our new house, and can confidently say Koopman has me as a customer for life! On time delivery, excellent customer service, and absolutely top quality products! Thank you Peter and Steve, truly professional sales reps!!
The team here is great. They are know their products and give his advice. The paint team and kitchen department are great.
Went to Koopman’s in Sharon today for the first time. Had a wonderful experience with the two people in the paint dept . Rickey and Liz went above and beyond to help me pick the type of stain was best and even helped with the color scheme. I most definitely will be back.
Friendly and professional staff
We got there really late and the guys were really polite and really helpful getting our Rig offloaded in under 15 minutes! These Guys deserve a raise! Would love to Haul for them again! (Photo for Reference)
Always very helpful staff, even to regular non pros like me. Shopped here 6 times or so the past 4 years.
Went out of his way to find me an item when there were no more on the shelves.
Fast service, polite staff
I worked with Koopmans today to order a somewhat large amount of wood for my sons Eagle Scout Project. They worked with us to be both affordable and were efficient in providing a great product, cutting and stacking into my truck to haul away in less than an hour. Thank you Koopman's for your service, generosity and support!
Outstanding customer service. I called to ask about a product and when I arrived they already had the item brought to the cashier for me. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. With lots of things out of stock these days they sure beat big box stores where no one knows about anything and websites are out of date.
Well stocked quality products. The staff is phenomenal. So glad we put our trust in them. No other lumber yard for us!
Great local lumber provider.
Absolutely love this place! The pricing is low compared to other hardware or tool stores. They have a friendly staff and always help when asked .
Awsome place
Great place to shop for all your home building needs
Good prices, friendly staff, and very helpful.
I went in the middle of the shutdown, some home repairs cant wait. they had everything I needed and unlike an unnamed box store they were all wearing masks and observing proper PRECAUTIONS. they were very friendly and helpful.
Love this place Super knowledgeable
