.Description
Captain Jack's Bacillus Thuringiensis (BT) Ready-to-Use Spray is an organic insecticide designed to control worms and caterpillars damaging your lawn, garden, fruits, vegetables, ornamentals and shade trees. This product uses a naturally occurring strain of the bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis, a globally recognized organic pest control solution approved for organic gardening. It kills by ingestion, and worms and caterpillars will be killed after feeding on treated foliage.
A major advantage of Captain Jack's BT spray is its safety profile: when used as directed, it will not harm birds, earthworms, or beneficial insects such as honeybees and ladybugs. This makes it ideal for gardeners who want effective pest control without disrupting the broader ecosystem. The spray is ready to use right out of the bottle, arriving in a convenient trigger sprayer bottle that requires no mixing or preparation. You can apply it to edible plants up to the day of harvest, making it a flexible choice for vegetable gardeners.
