The Graco 288716 Inlet Strainer is a mesh filter designed to protect your Magnum airless paint sprayer by removing debris from paint before it enters the pump. Paint and coating contaminants can cause costly damage to your equipment, resulting in tip clogs, poor spray patterns, and reduced sprayer lifespan. This inlet strainer solves that problem by capturing unwanted particles at the source, ensuring they never reach your pump or nozzle.

Cleaning and replacing the inlet strainer regularly extends the life of your sprayer and reduces project downtime. By stopping debris before it can cause damage, you achieve a smooth, professional finish while protecting internal pump components.

Features and Benefits

  • Debris Filtration: Removes paint particles and contaminants from the coating before they reach the pump, protecting your equipment from damage.
  • Prevents Tip Clogging: By filtering debris upstream, this strainer significantly reduces the risk of nozzle clogs that interrupt your work.
  • Superior Finish Quality: Cleaner paint flowing through your sprayer results in a smoother, more professional coating with fewer defects.
  • Extended Equipment Life: Proper filtration protects internal pump components, reducing wear and extending the operational life of your Magnum sprayer.
  • Easy Maintenance: Designed for simple cleaning and replacement to keep your sprayer running at peak performance.
