Sunnyside M-1 Mildewcide Paint Additive is a clear, low-VOC formula designed to protect painted surfaces from mildew and mold growth. This additive blends seamlessly into interior or exterior paint to create a protective barrier that slows fungal development, extending the life of your coating and reducing future maintenance costs. A single 6.89-ounce bottle treats up to five gallons of paint, making it an economical solution for homeowners and contractors working in humid climates or moisture-prone areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and exterior siding.

By incorporating M-1 into your paint before application, you deliver microbial protection throughout the coating without compromising color vibrancy or finish quality. The low-VOC composition meets EPA guidelines for reduced volatile organic compounds, promoting safer air quality in occupied spaces. Its virtually odorless formulation makes it ideal for residential projects where strong paint odors are a concern. The additive works with latex, acrylic, and oil-based paints, providing flexibility for any painting job.
